When is a full roof replacement the honest call?
When the roof is at the end of its useful life, or the damage is widespread enough that a patch would only buy time. A lot of Jacksonville and Onslow County housing still has three-tab shingles from an earlier cycle; those are often past the point where another repair is the smart money. A newer roof with one failed boot or a few lifted shingles is a different situation, and we will say so.
How long does a roof replacement take?

Can I finance a new roof?
Yes. Financing is available for qualified homeowners through the GreenSky program: 0% APR for 36 months, 6.99% for 60 months, or 10.99% for 120 months. All plans are subject to credit approval, and the lender decides which plan you qualify for.
