Step 1 of 12
Get a free instant estimate
Answer a few quick questions and see your ballpark price in under a minute. No pushy sales calls, just numbers.
How the instant roof estimate works
Most roofing quotes start with a phone call, a sales visit, and a wait. This starts with a handful of questions you can answer off the top of your head: where the house is, roughly how big it is, how many stories, how steep the roof is, how cut up the roofline is, and what shape the current roof is in. That is enough for us to put a real price range in front of you before anyone knocks on your door.
What you get at the end
A price range for your roof, built from the same pricing we use when we write a real estimate, along with the option to book a free inspection if the number makes sense to you. There is no obligation attached to it. Plenty of people run the estimator, find out a new roof costs less than they feared or more than they hoped, and go away to think about it. That is a perfectly good outcome.
What it does not replace
An estimator cannot see your decking, your flashing, or the pipe boot that has been quietly failing for two years. It is a range, not a contract, and the written estimate that follows a free inspection is the number that actually counts. If your roof has storm damage and you are going through your insurer, the inspection matters even more; we document what the storm did in photographs and in writing, and we meet your adjuster at the house so nothing on the roof gets missed. Your insurance company decides what is covered and what you owe.
