We're a service area business based in Jacksonville, NC; we come to you. Core coverage is Jacksonville and Onslow County, plus Camp Lejeune, Richlands, Hubert, Sneads Ferry, Swansboro and the rest of Eastern North Carolina. The full list is on the service areas page.

Actively leaking right now? Call instead of using the form, and get a tarp on it if you can do so safely from the ground. We'll talk you through the rest.

What Happens After You Reach Out

First we talk, on the phone or by text, long enough to understand what is going on: a leak, storm damage, a roof that has simply reached its age, or an inspection you need before a sale. Then we come out and get on the roof. Judging a roof from the driveway is how things get missed, so we walk it, check the decking, the flashing, the valleys, the pipe boots, and the ventilation, and photograph anything worth showing you.

You get a written report and a written estimate with a real number on it, not a range scribbled on a business card. If the damage is storm related and you are filing with your insurer, that documentation is what your adjuster needs to see, and we will meet them at the house so nothing on the roof gets overlooked. Your insurance company decides what is covered and what you owe; our part is making sure the evidence is complete.

The estimate covers replacement when that is the honest call, and a repair when it is not. If you would rather see a ballpark price before anyone comes out at all, the instant estimator gives you a real range in about a minute.

Before You Call

How quickly will someone get back to me?

Usually within one business hour during the day. If you send the form in the evening or over the weekend, you will hear from us the next business morning.

My roof is leaking right now. What should I do?

Call rather than using the form, so you reach a person instead of an inbox. If you can safely get a tarp over it from the ground, do that; do not climb onto a wet roof to try. Move what you can out from under the leak and put a bucket down, and we will talk you through the rest on the phone.

Does an inspection or estimate cost anything?

No. Inspections and written estimates are free, and there is no obligation in either direction. If the answer is that your roof is fine, that is what we will tell you.

Do I have to be home for the inspection?

Not necessarily. Most of the work happens on the roof and in the attic, so for exterior-only inspections we can often go ahead without you and send the photographs and the written report afterward. Say so when you book and we will set it up that way.

What should I have ready when I call?

The address, roughly how old the roof is if you know, and what made you call: a leak, a storm, an insurance inspection, or a roof that has simply reached its age. None of it is required. It just makes the first conversation shorter.
