What We Repair Most
Leaks and water stains
A ceiling stain usually means water has been finding its way in for a while. We trace it to the source, not just the drip.
Missing or wind-lifted shingles
Coastal wind peels shingles at edges and ridges first. Caught early, this is a small fix.
Flashing and boot failures
Chimneys, vents, and pipe boots are where most roofs actually fail. Rubber boots crack years before shingles wear out.
Storm damage
Wind and hail damage may be an insurance matter. We document everything we find so you can make that call informed.
Why We Don't Quote Repairs Sight Unseen
Repair pricing depends entirely on what we find once we're on the roof. A missing shingle can be a ten minute fix or a symptom of soaked decking underneath. An honest number has to come after the inspection, so the inspection is free.
Most repairs cost a fraction of a replacement. When the math stops making sense, we will show you why, with photos, and walk you through a full roof replacement if that is the honest call.
