What New Bern Does to a Roof

New Bern's position at the confluence of two rivers is the whole story for its roofs. Open water on two sides means wind arrives with nothing to slow it, and the town's storm history is not theoretical; tropical systems that have already crossed the coast still have plenty left when they get up the Neuse.
